If theres one Audion album I cherish and hold as the apex of that labels output it would be Ancient Evenings. The moods and atmosphere Garry conjures up from his arsenal of synths and samplers are completely melodic and exotic. He knew exactly how to coalesce the timbre of the synths to create a sort of ethnic inspired ambient electronic journey. Seriously this isnt a Richard Burmer prodigy but damn good electronica with a heap of thought going into the arrangements like Burmer put into his masterpieces such as Bakhti Point. Highly recommend this release and Garry's debut which is also quite good and very hard to get! These both need a good remaster and re-release on CD!
