Are you sure it was released in 2006? IIRC I bought this box in 2001, and the last concert (Made in Japan 2000) was a relatively recent one.

2006 was a mistake. I also bought when was released; however I think 2000 is right http://www.deep-purple.net/discography/boot-box/boot-box.htm
