Beautiful album and sleeve. But my copy only plays through one speaker for some reason. Tested a bunch of my other records and they all come through both speakers just fine. What is coming through the one speaker sounds just fine. Like I said the whole package looks great, just a bummer that such an amazing album is only coming through one of my speakers.

My copy looks nice but the pressing is to noisy. If you go for the sound quality don't go for this pressing.

i agree, its pretty clicky/poppy. Sound isn't too bad, but definitely noisy.

Despite the picture disc aspect (blegh) it sounds damn good.

Just picked up this reissue. I compared it with a fairly high-res. digital file of the original recording. The remastering seems to take a fairly conservative approach, which is good. I never heard the original on record but this new vinyl sounds pretty true to the original. Pressing itself not bad, a bit noisy on the run-in for each side. For a Geffen/Rawkus reissue of a fantastic but semi-obscure title this is a nice offering overall, with a color bi-fold insert like the legit original. The colored "black star" vinyl is perhaps not ideal sonically but I don't intend to spin the shit outta this so it should hold up. Got it off of Ebay for 26.00 shipped and the seller managed to pack well enough and the force was with me, so the USPS didn't destroy it en route. I'm happy.

I agree with the comment below. This album sounds really good, not like that crappy Italian bootleg. If you don't have an original and want a great sounding pressing, this one comes recommended.

I wish they hadn't done this on a picture disc, but I have to say it sounds good. I couldn't tell from just hearing it. So since the disc looks cool too, this press gets a big thumbs up from me. Love this album.
